Currently, I’m empowering product designers and product managers to define, design, and deliver exceptional user experiences. I coach and develop the design craft of user experience design with my direct reports and managers to share within the larger PepsiCo organization. We strive to collaborate with every business sector to deliver compelling product solutions, walking them through our process, and allowing them to understand design thinking and how we get to our end goal. We encompass “All Things Experience Design” and provide workflows and methods along with training and workshops to gain more insight into a particular area of interest.
My teams are broken into two core groups; the Product Leadership Team for core business needs and innovation, and a Discipline Leader Team that focuses on the multiple complex design systems we manage for the many brands within PepsiCo. The PL Team is broken out into leaders that embed themselves in our products and services. They understand the landscape of the product and work closely with the product owners to create and define new features and services. My DL Team is working closely with marketing and branding and marketing to ensure we’re encapsulating all brand guidelines while building out custom UI and design elements.

User Experience Director responsible for next-generation content management solutions. I directed a product design team that delivered digital products and services to a variety of major clients like the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, GlobalSign, and BASF.
We worked directly with global partners, cross-functional teams, and clients to deliver premium user experiences. We offered full-scale design solutions for any project from design thinking workshops to providing UX workflows, methods, and templates that allowed us to jumpstart any initiative. Built around our custom CMS, we provided ISO Certified, 508 compliant, enterprise-level design systems with custom core components explicitly made for any given client. This would allow our clients to have complete editing control over a large stack of digital products under one umbrella. Beyond the services offered, we fostered an excellent design community within the company and with the core ConcreteCMS global communities.
